Transform your feast!

Well that was delicious! Thanksgiving foods sometimes only come once a year and the feast itself can yield lots of leftovers. Seems wasteful not to maximize and save but if you’re anything like me, you’re ready for some clean eating again. Don’t toss it yet! Maximize your favorites (after all, you may not get them until next year!) with 4 of my favorite macro friendly ways to transform leftovers.

With all those turkey bones and leftover onions and herbs, bone broth has never been easier! The health benefits of bone broth make it a super fantastic leftover superfood!

Stuffing is my absolute favorite. We always have so much leftover and it’s a hard one to part with! These stuffing cups are “protein enhanced” with egg white and turkey meat and they also freeze really well!

This right here exemplifies WHY I love macros so much. You can have your pie and eat it too… just add it to a protein shake! It’s a perfect balance!

Cranberry yogurt is just a twist on my favorite breakfast! Try whole milk greek yogurt for an extra creamy taste sensation!
