Personal trainer and wellness advocate. Katherine has worked in the health and wellness industry for most of her career. Katherine believes that strength comes in many forms, but it often starts with self care and confidence. Since becoming an NASM personal trainer in 2017, she has helped others not only lose weight and build strength, but transform their body and mind with her 12 week program.
A fitness fanatic and lover of food. Eric is a firm believer that a proper diet and exercise regimen can actually fuel a person to be more present in their career and family. As Chief Operating Officer for a prominent restaurant group in Washington DC, Eric is inspired by fine restaurant cuisine and uses his own food knowledge make exquisite entrees – healthy and easy-to-cook at home.
Martino Fit was originally created to show women into the weight room. We want to show that women can finally see their body in a new light by facing their fears and grabbing a bench and lifting heavy! Women can and should take up space (what we are often scared of in the weight room and beyond). A woman should hold herself tall when she walks into the room. A woman should surprise herself with what she can do now that she’s never done in the past. A woman should care enough to care for herself first before pouring into the lives around her!
We love training men as well! So often they can put work and family in the front and neglecting themselves. We are here to demonstrate that men can be career driven AND use fitness as a way to catapult their success.
