By the end of our program, you should feel stronger and more powerful and proud of your accomplishments. Our 12 Week Program is designed in phases with different intentions such as building or shredding for maximum transformation in 12 weeks. Additionally, workouts can be customized to your needs, for example, it is possible to get an effective workout using only dumbbells and a bench if that is what you are limited to. Incorporated as well are High Intensity Interval Training workouts to promote fat burn.
