We all know this feeling

There are days where getting out of bed is hard enough. Exercise is out of the question. We know better but we just. can't. get. moving.

Many days we are fully committed to serving everyone else around us - our kids, our employer, our spouses, our car-pool duties, our parents, and everything else we said yes to. The irony here is that we pour into other people, but leave nothing for ourselves.

And some days (a less common scenario) we have the time, the motivation, and even the new shoes but we just don't know where to start! So we don't.

And yet, deep down we KNOW we'd feel better if we moved our bodies. We really do enjoy exercise when we do it. We would be in a routine already if we knew which avenue would actually give us the results we could have and keep. If only it weren't so hard to get the ball rolling!

Wouldn't it be nice to not fight it anymore? What if amazing health didn't have to be a chore but could become WHO YOU ARE?
What does it take to make this shift? From slithering out of bed and exhaustedly plopping back in 16 hours later, to LIVING out our days with focus, energy, self-confidence, mobility, and strength.
