Tis the Season

The holidays can be tricky. It can be a real pull in different directions. Trying to enjoy but also, trying to stay the course, avoid the junk, and just not to feel icky.

This winter I have put together a 5 Week "Tis the Season" strength training challenge. Instead of adding to that "pull" it is a strategy that will allow you to relax a little. Enjoy the holidays while also maintaining your progress, building your strength, improving your metabolic rate, and more. A strong consistent strength training routine with heavy lifting will help you keep your routine AND put yourself in an even better place to crush your fitness goals again in 2022 (I'll have another 12 week program coming in January!). In the 5 week "Tis the Season" Challenge, you'll have heavy lifting and light lifting days. Cardio will always be optional (what?). We will incorporate education components, accountability challenges and more to keep you right on track through the end of the year.

Men: There will be specific programming for you to beef up your upper body (i.e. training split 2 lower body + 3 upper body days)

Women: Your programming will be more lower body intense (i.e. 3 lower body + 2 upper body days)

The cost is $89 for these 5 weeks. AND, as an early black Friday special, recruit a friend and you'll both get $10 off!
